Privacy policy

Effective September 29, 2026. This policy covers the Origins investor marketplace and its buyer enrollment, preferences and offer forms.

Information you provide

We collect contact and entity information, target markets, investment preferences and experience, and information you submit with property inquiries or offers. If you upload proof of funds, redact account numbers and other unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use information

We use your information to provide investor access, match opportunities to your interests, respond to inquiries, evaluate offers and maintain our buyer relationships. LeadBrain and its service providers process forms, contact records and communications for these purposes. We may share offer information with the people handling the proposed transaction, as appropriate, and disclose information when required by law.

Communications and your choices

Enrollment requests investor access and property updates by email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the email's unsubscribe option or contact us. Text messaging requires the applicable opt-in. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in and consent information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Browser storage

We use browser storage to remember investor access for up to 180 days, your selected property and certain form details. You can clear browser storage or choose “Forget access on this browser.” Clearing storage, private browsing or using another device may require email verification again. Our browser access gate is designed for convenience and lead capture, and is not a secure account area.

Retention and requests

We retain records as reasonably needed for business, transaction and legal purposes. Contact us to request correction or deletion of your information or to change your communication preferences, subject to applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is risk-free.

All properties are offered AS-IS, subject to the executed purchase agreement. Prices, availability, descriptions, measurements, ARV, rehabilitation budgets and Estimated Gross Profit are estimates or representations from the identified sources, not guarantees. Estimated Gross Profit is estimated ARV minus asking price minus estimated rehabilitation cost and is not a guaranteed return. Buyers are solely responsible for independent inspections, due diligence, verification and their own financial analysis. Origins, Inc. does not warrant projected returns or the accuracy or completeness of third-party information. To the extent permitted by law, Origins, Inc. disclaims liability for reliance on estimates or projections. Nothing here waives nonwaivable rights, required disclosures or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. An online offer submission is a nonbinding expression of interest; only a fully executed written agreement creates a purchase obligation. Proof of funds is required before offer acceptance.
