Property information and estimates
All properties are offered AS-IS, subject to the executed purchase agreement. Prices, availability, descriptions, measurements, ARV, rehabilitation budgets and Estimated Gross Profit are estimates or representations from the identified sources, not guarantees. Estimated Gross Profit is estimated ARV minus asking price minus estimated rehabilitation cost and is not a guaranteed return. Buyers are solely responsible for independent inspections, due diligence, verification and their own financial analysis. Origins, Inc. does not warrant projected returns or the accuracy or completeness of third-party information. To the extent permitted by law, Origins, Inc. disclaims liability for reliance on estimates or projections. Nothing here waives nonwaivable rights, required disclosures or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. An online offer submission is a nonbinding expression of interest; only a fully executed written agreement creates a purchase obligation. Proof of funds is required before offer acceptance.
Transaction structure
A property may be offered through a direct sale, an assignment of contractual interest or another disclosed structure. Ownership, seller identity, assignability, fees, representation and all transaction terms must be confirmed in the applicable written documents. A listing does not represent that Origins owns every property displayed.
Offers and access
Submitting an offer does not reserve a property or create an agreement. Origins may request additional information or proof of funds before proceeding. No purchase obligation arises without the applicable executed written agreement. Investor access is free and does not guarantee availability, exclusivity or investment results.
Your responsibility
Obtain your own inspections, measurements, title review, contractor estimates and professional advice as needed. Evaluate zoning, occupancy, leases, permits, condition and other factors relevant to your plans. Photographs and third-party listing information may not reflect current condition. These terms do not override an executed agreement or any rights and obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
